Lead

For the lead section, you can:

  • Take a look of your leads’ details according to its status (Waiting, Need Follow Up and Successfully Closed)
  • A business admin and sales leader can assign the leads to any sales agents.
  • For a sales agent, they can only assign the leads available to themselves.
  • Every users can manage the leads:
    • Contact Lead. You can contact the person of the lead with WhatsApp.
    • Assign Tagging. You can assign any tagging name added to the lead. From this way, you can mark the lead according to its condition. For example, “Very Responsive” to lead that is responsive and very interested with the product.
    • Change lead status. For example, from Waiting to Need Follow Up, or from Need Follow Up to Successfully Closed.
    • Mark As Invalid. This option is for leads that has a phone number that does not support WhatsApp.
Select Lead Status

Step 1: Select any of the lead statuses which are Waiting, Need Follow Up and Successfully Closed. For Example, if you want to view leads that are in the “Waiting” status, click on “Waiting” in the sub navigation bar.

Assign Agent

Step 1: Click on the “Pointed Hand” button (as shown in the image above)

Step 2: Click on the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Select any sales agent you want to assigned the lead to.

Contact Lead

Step 1: Click on the “Contact” button (as shown in the image above)

Step 2: Click on the “Proceed With Whatsapp” button to make a follow up.

Assign Tagging on the Lead

Step 1: Click on the “Tag” button (as shown in the image above)

Step 2: Click on the dropdown menu to choose any tagging name.

If there is no tagging name that you wanted, go to the Tagging menu to add a new tagging name.

Step 3: Click on the “Submit” button to save.

Change Lead Status

Step 1: Click on the “Edit” button to change the lead status.

Step 2: Click on any of the blue, yellow and green buttons according to your needs in changing the lead status.

For example, if you want to change the lead to “Waiting” status, click on the “Change to Waiting” button. The status of the lead will be changed according to the changes made.

Mark As Invalid

Step 1: If you want to mark the lead as an invalid lead, click on the red “Flag” button.

Step 2: Click on the “Mark Invalid” button when you are sure to mark it as invalid.

Check Number

Step 1: Click on the “Check Number”.

You can view all the phone numbers from the leads.

Step 2: Click on “Plus” button to view the form name of the lead.
