Dashboard​

 

Every sales agent got their own dashboard that shows:

  • Waiting leads.
  • Leads that need follow up.
  • Leads that are successfully closed.

   

Functions as a sales agent?

  • Manage leads
  • Add tagging
  • Add product
  • Create form

As a sales agent, you can assign yourself to any lead that can be assigned generally or to your team.

To see all the leads available for you to assign yourself to:

Step 1: Click on “Lead” at the navigation bar and select “All Status” Step 2: Click on the “Assign” button.

 

You will get notified that you have assigned yourself to the lead once you have clicked the button.

 

Step 3: You may click on the “Unassigned” button if you do not want to assign yourself to the lead.
