Dashboard

Dashboard view for sales leader. There are three things are shown in the dashboard:

  • The number of leads waiting
  • The number of leads that need to follow up
  • The number of leads that successfully closed

Leader

Manage Agent

Sales leader can manage their agents. The function are as shown below:

  • Add new agent.
  • Remove existing agent.
  • Edit the agent’s detail.
Manage Teams

Sales leader can manage their teams. The function are as shown below:

  • Add new team.
  • Remove existing team.
  • Edit the team’s detail.
Assign Lead to Agents – History

Sales leader can check the history on which and when sales agent had been assigned to the lead. By clicking on the toggle “Plus” button, the sales leader can see who assigned the lead.

Lead Status – History

Sales agent can check the history on when the lead status had changed, for example, from “Waiting” status to “Need Follow Up” status.
